For Hair Extensions
For hair purchases, please email your license ID to support@markonmadisonshop.com within 1-2 days after you purchase to enjoy the Reseller privelege. After validation, we will REFUND you of the tax you paid.
All returns/exchanges must be authorized and returned to Mark On Madison Extensions within 30 days of order’s shipping day. Please call our office or CLICK HERE to send a request for return/exchange an order.
A copy of the packing slip/invoice should be included in the return order.
All returned items must be in new condition and in original packaging. We can’t issue credit for returned items that were altered or not in sellable condition.
Store credit or money back. Restocking fee of 15% applies.
Unless the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped, the salon/hairstylist is responsible for shipping charges to and from Mark On Madison Extensions (San Diego, CA).
In case of an exchange of an order, we will ship the new items requested. After receiving and inspecting the original order if in good condition will credit you back or keep credit on file. The salon/hairstylist is responsible for shipping charges to and from Mark On Madison Extensions.
For Pro/Basic Kit
All returns/exchanges must be authorized and returned to Mark On Madison Extensions within 7 days upon receiving the order. All items should be in UNUSED and NEW condition, with their original packaging. Our restocking fee is subject to 15%. After 7 days, if you feel that the course is not for you, we can refund the Course Fee of $299 less 5% processing fee for digital course. If you purchase the Course with the Kit and you wish to return it, we will accept it as long as the items are still in UNUSED/UNOPENED condition. The restocking fee of 15% shall apply.
Within 7 calendar days of your Purchase Date, you may request for a refund. Once we receive your request, we will get in touch with you. Processing time takes up to 10 Business days.
Return/Exchange of Defective Hair Extensions Products
For Hair Extensions
Any application of hair color, toners, purple shampoos or chemical treatments on Mark On Madison hair extensions will prohibit returns and exchange requests.
For any complaint, you must return at least 50% of the hair for inspection. The hair will be inspected and evaluated to determine if it was factory defective or misuse of the product by the user.
For Pro/Basic Kit
If you received a defective item in the kit, we would send you a replacement of the item after sending us a proof of the defect.
